Cómo solicitar tu tarjeta
Para solicitar la Fital Wallet Card debes ser mayor de edad en tu país de residencia y poder celebrar un contrato vinculante. La solicitud se hace dentro de la app de Fital. Como parte del proceso, Lead Bank verifica tu identidad conforme al USA PATRIOT Act: te pediremos tu nombre, dirección, fecha de nacimiento y un número de identificación oficial, y podríamos solicitar documentos adicionales (como tu identificación) para verificar tu identidad. Solo los usuarios aprobados por Bridge y por Fital pueden solicitar y usar la tarjeta. Si no se proporcionan los documentos requeridos, la tarjeta puede suspenderse o cerrarse.
Las Tarjetas Prepagadas Fital Wallet son emitidas por Lead Bank.
Cualquier Tarjeta Visa de Débito Prepaga (la "Tarjeta") que pueda ser proporcionada a clientes elegibles es emitida por Lead Bank bajo licencia de Visa U.S.A. How to apply for your card
To apply for the Fital Wallet Card you must be of legal age in your country of residence and able to enter into a binding contract. You apply within the Fital app. As part of the process, Lead Bank verifies your identity in accordance with the USA PATRIOT Act: we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and a government identification number, and we may request additional documents (such as your ID) to verify your identity. Only users approved by Bridge and by Fital may apply for and use the card. If the required documents are not provided, the card may be suspended or closed.
Fital Wallet Prepaid Cards are issued by Lead Bank.
The Prepaid Debit Visa Card (the "Card") is issued by Lead Bank pursuant to licensing by Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa is accepted. Must be 18 or older to apply. Fees may apply. See Cardholder Agreement and fital.xyz for more details.
Bridge Ventures LLC ("Bridge") is not a bank. Bridge is a financial technology company and is the Program Manager responsible for managing and operating the Card on behalf of Lead Bank.
