Tarjeta perdida o robada
Avísanos de inmediato si crees que tu tarjeta se perdió, fue robada o está comprometida, o si crees que se hizo una transacción sin tu permiso, llamando al +1 (555) 790-8850 · WhatsApp o escribiendo a soporte@fital.xyz. Los retrasos en avisarnos podrían hacer que pierdas parte o todo el saldo de tu tarjeta. Si nos avisas dentro de los 2 días hábiles siguientes a que te enteras de la pérdida o robo, tu responsabilidad no excederá $50 si alguien usó tu tarjeta sin permiso. Si no avisas dentro de esos 2 días hábiles y podemos probar que habríamos evitado el uso indebido, podrías perder hasta $500. Revisa tu historial de transacciones con regularidad y repórtanos de inmediato cualquier movimiento que no reconozcas.
Las Tarjetas Prepagadas Fital Wallet son emitidas por Lead Bank.
Cualquier Tarjeta Visa de Débito Prepaga (la "Tarjeta") que pueda ser proporcionada a clientes elegibles es emitida por Lead Bank bajo licencia de Visa U.S.A. Inc. y puede usarse en todos los lugares donde se acepta Visa. Debes tener 18 años o más para solicitarla. Pueden aplicarse comisiones. Fital no es un banco. Fital es una empresa de tecnología financiera y es el Proveedor de la Plataforma responsable de la solicitud, acceso y gestión de la tarjeta.
Lost or stolen card
Tell us at once if you believe your card has been lost, stolen or compromised, or if you believe a transaction was made without your permission, by calling +1 (555) 790-8850 · WhatsApp or emailing soporte@fital.xyz. Delays in notifying us could cause you to lose some or all of your card balance. If you tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft, your liability will not exceed $50 if someone used your card without permission. If you do not tell us within those 2 business days and we can prove we could have stopped the misuse, you could lose up to $500. Review your transaction history regularly and report to us immediately any movement you do not recognize.
Fital Wallet Prepaid Cards are issued by Lead Bank.
The Prepaid Debit Visa Card (the "Card") is issued by Lead Bank pursuant to licensing by Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa is accepted. Must be 18 or older to apply. Fees may apply. See Cardholder Agreement and fital.xyz for more details.
